Tony,

Loved the Hourman/Bane stuff. Drop any hints on what your next JSA: C issue's going to be about?

I know it's got Alan Scott in it from the cover (and that's got to be a really fun character to write), but that's about it.

Any hints on the upcoming ongoing for DC? Even if it's just whether it's a new title or existing title? Or maybe if it's established characters or new characters? Or I can just sit on my hands and be patient, I suppose.

The JSA CLASSIFIED story is a one-shot where Alan Scott has to pull one of his old Golden Age foes out of retirement to help solve a mysterious theft at a facility run by Father Time (from Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters). It's a conflicted situation because Uncle Sam isn't exactly a good good guy, and Alan Scott promised this old foe he'd leave the man alone if he retired from crime. Hilarity ensues.


You'll never guess the old villain, either -- it's as obscure as it gets, which is necessary for the story.


As for the ongoing -- that'll be announced soon, and it's probably not what you expect, either.

Boy, I'd love to just talk about some of this stuff, but DC'ss Marketing Department wouldn't eb so thrilled if I leaked, so I jusst have to be patient.
