Default Who is in the Iron Man armor post-Civil War?

It has been nagging at my mind for months now since we got that sneak peak of 'The Mighty Avengers' in WIzard a few months back.

It seemed that the team leader was Mrs. Marvel, she was shouting orders and trying to make sure everyone played by the rules of "Don't destroy too much property."

However 'Iron Man' was there and he was not barking out orders. This seemed unusual to me since Tony is the Civil War leader and I dont see him not wanting to command. It looks like they are prepping Tony to take over Shield too, so he wont have time for Mighty Avengers. At least not at first.

Mrs. Marvel also mutters something about Iron man trying out his new powers. This leads me to believe that who ever is in the armor is not use to the suit's capabilities.

So who could possibly be in the armor?

    Captain America?
    Hawkeye?
    Warmachine? (Jim Rhodes?)
    Spiderham?

    It's Steve Rogers.
I read on the internet that he's been a clone, ever since Avengers #4.
I know, cause it was on the internet.
Believe it! It will crack the internet in half!

I just thought about this. If by some crazy chance Tony is not Iron Man maybe... maybe being director of SHIELD will allow him to use the full potential of the Extremis virus. Its possible that he will just head up every operation as if he were actually there having instant access to whatever information an intel neccessary... but hopefully its still Tony.

It's Tony, almost makes me wish the guy wouldn't have a helmet so that after every major event these topics don't happen.

if so, his dialogue is way the _______ off, especially if this is just after Civil War. he talks like a high school aged female.

The only thing about not having Tony be Iron Man is that the person inside might not have the smarts to be able to deal with the tech and how to fix and upgrade it.

Granted, there might be someone else there to maintain the armor but I feel that Tony not being Iron Man loses something important about him. The only other person who was able to pull it off well was Rhodey so I can see it kind of go that way depending on who it is.

I'm guessing that it's Maria Hill though as it seems kind of telegraphed in the CW NA Iron Man issue with Maria being outfitted in SHIELD tech and doing her thing. Plus in that very same issue they talk about switching places.

Maria Hill as Iron Man, huh? Hmm, maybe Joe Q trying to corner in on Didio's and DC's parade of "lipstick lesbians?" (I'm kidding folks! I don't don't know if Hill really swings that way.)

However, even though that "spoiler" from Amazon about "Iron Man: Steve Rogers" may have contained a photoshoped image, maybe there is a possibility that Cap could be the substitute Iron Man, especially if it was assumed that the world believes he's dead, that he needs the Iron Man tech to survive, that Tony really doesn't give him any options in the matter, and that Cap uses the opportunity to be "on the inside" while informing Dr. Strange to gather up the New Avengers. After all, there was that preview rough page from Newsarama from an upcoming New Avengers which showed a person who looked like Cap in a SHIELD facility.

Another very good possibility, Bendis said that there might be some member switching between the teams.
