Avengers Movie *Spoilers*

I don't think Marvel would have Captain America, Thor, and Ironman in an Avengers movie that either came out before or at the same time as thier original movies. Because than they would have to worry about how the character is portrayed between movies and they would also have to keep the same actor. I think Avengers should start out as a nobody team first and once the first big named characters come out with thier movies then have them join the Avengers in the sequels.

I thought Avengers wasn't coming out until after all those movies released.

Thats what I was thinking. That way they already established the characters and could just focus on fighting the bad guy, whoever that may be

THOR!!!!!!!!!! we need to see THOR! and get Zakk Wylde of BLS and Ozzy guitarist to play him. COME ON he always sings about Vikings and stuff plus he looks just like him!

I just want them to do a live action adaptation of Ultimates...see call it Avengers but basically do Ultimates vol 1 for the first movie so having (Cap, Iron Man, Wasp, Giant Man and Thor...with Banner in the background) and then in the second movie introducing Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Quicksilver and Black Widow.

Now come on. Hypothetically thinking.

It could happen if you think about it. I would rather them make movies of all the characters and then have them renite in one of them and then when they all meet end the movie and then the next one continuing it would be The AVENGERS.

That's just a brief discription. Sorry i'm not much of a writer. Any ideas would be nice.

That's the best F****** news i've heard for a while. I hopes it's good. they already have a couple Captain America movies out. I just heard that they wanna try and make a better one with all the new stuff they can do with movies.

I really hope they make this movie. I think the movie should focus on the aftermath of recovering Captain America from suspended animation. I'm not sure if a solo Cap movie will be a worldwide success. Iron Man is scheduled for 2008, Thor 2009/2010 I believe. So that means we won't see an Avengers moviefor another 5 years, which translates into NEVER

As far as I know they plan to release Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and Ant-Man before they even seriously consider an Avengers film.

Funny how this was mentioned in a thread months ago, and half the board freaked out and called anyone who said this a liar, even though this info was out with the original announcement....

I don't think the movie is necessarily scheduled after Thor. Iron-Man, Cap and ANt-Man are the next movies, but no other characters have to be fleshed out in their own movie first before the Avengers are made.

It's also quite possible that actors from the separate movies might not be in the Avengers movie. I remember someone asked the IM producers about it, but I forget what was said. Anyone remember details?

I wan't sure about an Iron Man movie, but the casting announcements have changed my opinion somewhat. A Captain America film , especially set in WWII, would be great and a Thor movie would erase from my memory the horrible depiction in the cringe-inducing Incredible Hulk TV movie from the late 80s. All of these Marvel films, combined with the near-future DC film projects (Wonder Woman, Flash and sequels for Batman and Superman) will drive comics fans dizzy with anticipation!

Do you ever see a person and just think to yourself "that person looks just like so and so" ? Well, I do that with comic characters. Follow this link and tell me if you think this actress could portray Carol in a movie.
