Yea, it's not hard to figure out why they gave him a push, he had the least popular movies of all of them and kept changing lead actors.

Thor seems like an afterthought in this movie, even though Loki is the villain. I have yet to see a clip of him doing anything cool.

Isn't alien invaders after a super powerful item already what the first movie is about? I hope there's more variety.

From the trailer it doesn't seem that the are after the cube, but rather Loki is after the Earth itself, and is using the cube. But We will know for sure in a few weeks
