Even though it seems more like Hawkeye would fall for She-Hulk, I'm going to say that the current Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch coupling is becoming interesting.
After that the Hulkling and Wiccan coupling has been pretty enjoyable followed by the creepy yet always interesting Vision and Scarlet Witch stuff.

Vision and SW. It was controversial, but well done and touching. I also like Justice and Firestar of course.

I voted for Hulkling & Wiccan--as much as I love many of the listed couples, virtually NONE of them are together anymore! Therefore, I went with an "Is" couple in the YA boys. Their relationship is a good trend in the Avengers family, imo. I appreciate seeing two cast members in a well-written, touching same-sex relationship!
A close second for me would be Hawkeye & Mockingbird. I thought those two had amazing chemistry! Bobbi kept Clint's massive ego in check, and he brought out the "wife-iness" in the feminist "Woman of the 80's"! They both worked the taunts liked no other Avengers and showed why one didn't necessarily need planet-smashing powers to hold their own with the Avengers.

It should be obvious that I love Vision and the Scarlet Witch. Roy Thomas and Steve Englehart built this relationship up beautifully. It was a joy to watch these two great characters slowly come together.
