Yeah man, you have a point. This image doesnt prove anything but it will start a lot of talk about how Mj is the one who dies, yadda yadda yadda and we have a million threads about that.
If you recall Tony strack tells his crew to bring Peter in and the preview from earlier this week shows the prostitute calling someone lettting them know about Peter bveing around, so if you think its NOT SHEILD youre reading too much into this image. I got 10 bucks says its SHEILD/Pre reg's and nothing more.

That image is actually the final page of issue 537. The sniper was hired by one of Mr. Fisk's men to kill anyone at the house, including May and MJ. Peter has just joined up with the anti-regs and isn't anywhere near, so if anyone stops the shooter it won't be him.

Then why the hell did she spit venom every time he was mentioned?? Faint at the very sight of that "awful Spider-Man". Shoot at him with a gun when she caught him beating up on Doc Ock??

ASM #400 was a stupid issue because May's revelation defied all logic.
