    Default Ms. Marvel #10 *Spoilers*

Another good issue, as Carol continues to battle her other-dimensional self with support from Rogue and Beast. Some great "self-analysis" courtesy of Reed. These were easily my favorite parts of the issue. HAS Carol forgiven Rogue? Or did she just pretend to? And just how much self-control does Carol really have? Her attack on Rogue was a bit much. I think Beast suggesting she leave the mansion was an appropriate response. I for one hope this isn't the last we see of Rogue in these pages. And lastly, it looks like "Dark Carol" will remain a prisoner of SHIELD and stay here on 616. A little convenient in the way of establishing a rogue's gallery, but I'm fine with it I guess.

Art-wise, I actually liked pretty much everything except Wieringo's Beast. Just not an interpretation I like. At all. That said, he definitely supplied an action-packed issue, with some decent fight "choreography".

Looking forward to next issue's mentoring of Arana as the two face Doomsday Man

I was a bit disappointed in this issue. It wasn't up to the usual standards and the art is just so damn ugly.

Hmmm... I kind of lost interest in this book after the Civil War tie-ins. Really wanted to like this series, but this last story arc totally killed the momentum the Civil War tie ins built.

I think they could have done more with Rogue and maybe throw in some Mystique... what we got here just didn't do it for me.

It was an alright issue. Alot of character introspection by way of comparing the two Carol's.

I liked that, deep down, the 616 Carol is still pretty damn pissed at Rogue. I don't think she was faking the 'pretend forgiveness' line. It's a big thing to try and get over/forgive, and something maybe she won't ever be able to. Makes her seem more like a real person and not some sauturday morning kiddie hero that would've forgiven her without any kind of lingering resentment.

When they carted away the alternate Carol with a burned face I couldn't help thinking how many issues before she breaks free and comes for revenge as Nega-Marvel or something.

Looking forward to Arana returning. The previous issues with ther had a pretty good dynamic to them.

Decent issue. Not as good as the last one though. Not sure how I feel about Hank suggesting Carol leave, as it seems a bit much. Seems less like a 'You should leave for attacking Rogue', and more like a 'You should leave so we can distance the X-Books even further from the rest of the Marvel Universe'. I liked it much better in the old days when there was some interaction. Ah well, we'll see how things go. Agreed with you on Weirnigo's Beast though Matt, however it's better than some artist's interpretations as of late. :p

I liked it, but I've pretty much loved the series from the beginning. I kind of found it wonky that Carol forgave Rogue so easily, and showing that deep down, she still doesn't truly forgive her justifies that.

Does anyone think that the alternate Warbird is going to become the new Binary in the one-shot next month? After reading this, that thought popped into my head.

I liked it. Not mind-blowing, but OK. And i'm with Mariah in the opinion that Carol should have not forgiven Rogue so easily.

There was some great development for Carol in this issue, but I was still disappointed. I hate dopplegangers, and I hate Weiringo's art.

I'm surprised that when Beast mentioned two dopplegangers fighting each other, that they didn't drop in a refrence to Beast's very own alternate-reality doppleganger, Dark Beast.

Worked for me. I've got to admit this story really needed an exchange like:

ROGUE: Carol, I'm sorry I accused you of attacking me. I completely overlooked the possibility that it might be a duplicate of you from an alternate universe.

CAROL: No problem. Occam's Razor, y'know?

I think Beast did the right thing by standing up for his teammate. Carol attacked Rogue like a coward. It wasn't "a bit much" at all.

I like this book, but it's hilarious how I'm rooting to see Rogue and Arachne team-up and kick the lead character ass in the next arc.

Ms. Marvel #10 makes a strange foe with the alternate evil Carol Danvers; however, as I said previously, the whole book is missing something else. It appears to have all the ingrediants in place, yet the recipe is not working out.

I'm glad Carol has realized she is not really over Rogue & still hates her. But, in Carol's position, I think her feelings are valid. Rogue literally stole Carol's life when she absorbed the totality of every Carol was as Ms. Marvel in Avengers Annual #10.

But I just don't like the evil Warbird either. She kills both Carol & Rogue from other dimensions. Okay. Is this meant to be a possible future for Carol if she hangs onto the hatred she has for Rogue??? Or is this Carol meant to simply show Carol still hates Rogue?
