Mid-Boss and Lamington are in Prinny suits, and Laharl pisses off Mid-Boss so much that he did his own little version of the Hal Jordan One-Punch (Well, technically it was a slap)... while he was wearing the suit!

Actually it was Lamington in the Prinny suit who bitch-slapped Laharl for rudely shoving Flonne when she was trying to help him with something.
