Ultimate Spider-Man 106?

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if I've missed it, but do we have any images yet form the new artist that takes over from Ult Spidy 106?

Sorry if this has already been posted... I coudn't see it.

I thought Stuart Immomen wasn't taking over until Issue 110.

Yeah the artist change isn't until after the arc that comes after the Clone Saga.

I'm just hoping he stays away from the more cartoony style he used in Nextwave. It worked for that book but I don't see it working so well in USM.

artist aside, i'm looking forward to the story. there is (hopefully) a lot of room for action in an arc guest staring daredevil and moon knight. i can picture it now.

Its not long after the Liberators attack on America draw to a close. The contry has been saved, but many cities, including New York, are in ruins. Now is the perfect time for the Kingpin to return from the shadows and take control of the city. Little does he know that Daredevil, Moon Knight, and other heroes in the underworld of New York City have railied together to take down the Kingpin once and for all! Yet Spider-Man is caught in the middle. He doesn't want to see the Kingpin succeed, but he knows that a war against the Kingpin will harm a lot of innocent bystanders. Spider-Man alone can tip the balance in this fight, but who will he help?

I've been really enjoying the Clone Saga but I'm curious about future story arcs.

I'm hoping we get a story arc with R.H.I.N.O. He really hasn't had any screen time in the title. Even though his appearance in the game was great the game seems to be out of continuity now.

Some other characters that I want to see again are Omega Red (actually do a story with him), Venom, Kingpin, Black Cat, Dardevil, and Moon Knight.

BTW I like your idea for a story megabyte01.

Yeah, I like Brooks. He's one of my fave artists. I was thrilled when he was put on one of my fave comics, New X-Men, then he left because he couldn't turn the art out every month. He'd Rock on Ult Spidy, but the same would apply...

we have conflicting reports on three different future stories for usm: ultimate knights, 'the death of a goblin', and 'the return of venom. last month's letter collum almost guaranteed ultimate knights, but what will come after it? my guess is the return of venom because 1. venom would give immoen (i didn't spell that right, did i?) a good chance to show off his artistry, and 2. venom is bound to return to the spotlight in time for spider-man 3 to hit the theatres. 'death of a goblin' is the one i'm not sure about.

He probably will. If you look at at NEXTWAVE (especially the latest issue), SUPERMAN: SECRET IDENTITY, his webcomics work, and some of his superhero work from the early part of this decade . . . all different, yet all excellent.

His range is freaking scary.
