This is my favorite anime/manga of all time. I've even been recording the episodes they've been showing on TV since the Frieza saga. Nothing can compare to lying in bed watching DBZ on the weekends.

I'm a fan of DBZ too, but it isn't the best Anime/Manga ever. There are series in it's genre that outdo it in storyline, action, and overall plot.

Since you seem to be a fan of Shonen Anime/Manga, try Naruto/Naruto: Shipuuden, Yu Yu Hakusho, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Bleach, MANGA Yugioh, Zoids, G Gundam, Gundam 0079, 08, 83, etc.

Been a loyal fan of DBZ for 8 years, since I had seen it on Cartoon Network.

It is truly Greatest "ACTION" Anime, EVER!!! The Greatest Anime award goes to Avatar: The Last Airbender, though. ;)

Have you watched the original subs of DBZ and One Piece. I mean, the dubs were pretty bad...(Send you to another dimension!-DBZ dub, almost all the censorship and editing of 4Kids One Piece...)

I've seen the uncut episodes from the Saiyan saga up to the early parts of the Frieza saga. Since they air the episodes at 12:30 A.M, all of the episodes should be uncut. But, I still like them either way which is why I've been recording the episodes.

Whose your favorite character(s) in DBZ? Mine are Goku, Vegeta & Trunks. As for villains, Cell has to be my favorite.

Vegeta was awesome, but he was Toriyama's least favorite character. Notice how he kept getting beaten up by all the major villains of the series?

Ive heard a lot of people say stuff like "toriyama's original ideas" the vegeta one is the only one ive heard was true, is the one about he wanted Gohan to be the main hero after the cell saga true? cause it seemed like it in the show and manga

Correct. Although it was even earlier. Goku was suppose to die taking down Freeza over Namek, as the one and only Super Saiyan. Gohan was suppose to have the power to surpass the Super Saiyajin level without entering the state, thus becoming the new hero of the series.

O wow. that would of been a interesting direction. So his Ultimate gohan form would of been taht Above super saiyan form?

I also wonder if Raditz can be added to the league of dickery.....he WAS pretty dick-ish

Basically Gohan would be like his Mystic Incarnation in the main series. So incredibly powerful without needing to go Super Saiyajin.
