what spidey comics are there?

It has been a while since i've read spidey comics. When Last read They just got done with the whole clone thing and found out that ben reilly was the clone and i read a little after that. But I stopped because the place i was getting them from stopped carrying them. And i havn't read since. I read marvel zombies and got back into it. Then I d/l amazing spiderman E-comics #471 to 535 and i'm almost done.

But the questions are

Do they still have spectacular spiderman, sensation spiderman, regular spiderman, when i read i would get one of each during the month.

And how far are they past comic 535, i know a little about the civil war but i want to get into it and start reading about it.

Sensational Spider-Man is still around, Amazing Spider-Man is still around (of course), and there's a third title called Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. All three are quite good right. Latest issue of Amazing is 536 so they're not far from 535, and if you're into Civil War, all three titles are covering various aspects of it.

There's also Ultimate Spider-Man, a retelling of sorts with a modern twist, and Marvel Adventures Spider-Man, which does stand alone stories from Spidey's past.

Basically everything went to heck with the reboot when they canceled all the core books except Amazing and Peter Parker (which got new #1s), got rid of all the writers except Mackie, brought in Byrne as a co-plotter and artist, and went in a nonsensical editorial direction to undo all the progress in the books. Some of the changes stuck (Aunt May is alive again and Sandman is back to being a dull villain instead of a hero with depth) and some didn’t (they briefly tried to “kill” MJ to make Peter single again). “Peter Parker” eventually got a great writer in Jenkins with issue #20 and JMS replaced Mackie on Amazing with issue #30. Peter Parker was eventually replaced by a new Spectacular (which suffered a huge drop in quality because editorial encouraged Jenkins to draw out longer arcs and tie into crossovers rather than the shorter character studies that made PP great) until Jenkins left and the book was canceled. Amazing went back to its old numbering with #500. The Marvel Knights Spider-Man book was later added and became the new Sensational right after the crossover (“The Other”) that added Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. If you’re keeping score the current core books are Amazing, Friendly Neighboorhood, and Sensational.

However Spider-Man has still been in plenty of other books too. He’s had anthologies like Webspinners, Tangled Web, and the third volume of Unlimited. Obviously he’s had plenty of minis since then. He’s currently a member of the New Avengers. He’s also been in out of continuity stuff like the Marvel Age/Adventures and Ultimate books (both of which started as modern versions of early Spider-Man stories and then became something else completely).

Honestly the only current Spider-Man book I’d really recommend to a fan of the Clone Saga or the Post-CS/Pre-Reboot era is Tom DeFalco’s Spider-Girl (recently relaunched as “Amazing Spider-Girl”). It’s an alternate future book that exists in a timeline (MC2) that split off of main Marvel Universe shortly before the reboot.

And during the amazing spiderman peter kept on blacking out and losing his powers during the hydra and while he was living with stark. Then it went away when he was reborn. I didn't read the other spidermans but what was happening to him to black out and lose his powers for a sec?

I think that may have been covered in the Other but it's gotten to where I can't stand to read most of the recent stuff so I'm not sure.
