Why does that site say that it's 41 minutes long? When it was shown on the Sci-Fi channel, it was a 30 minute show (even including commercials).

    Hmmn, I wonder why they're releasing it February 6? ;) :)

An animated "half hour" is only 22 minutes so either they're adding lots of extras or putting the entire story reel on disk and counting that as part of the production... or it was a typo or misunderstanding.

Probably. But Family Guy was cancelled but did so well on DVD that they put it back in production. It's a long shot, strong sales couldn't hurt as it's pitched elsewhere. I doubt they'll spend money on a big ad campaign but there should be a decent one for Hellboy: Sword of Storms. Any fan going in for that and seeing Screw-0n Head in the rack next to it will be inclined to pick it up.

That's if stores are smart enough to put Screw-On Head next to Hellboy.

    From DavisDVD's Animated news:

"The DVD features both anamorphic widescreen and fullscreen versions, with Dolby Digital 5.1 & 2.0 tracks. Extras include audio commentary with director Chris Prynoski and executive producer Bryan Fuller, "From Comic To Cartoon: Making THE AMAZING SCREW ON HEAD" featurette, a storyboard comparison sequence and a collectible comic book with never-before-seen art by Mike Mignola. Retail is $14.98."

    Comic book? Any more info?

Nice plug there for Sword of Storms Tad. Hey, not that I blame you one iota.

Personally, the only reason I'm picking up the ASOH DVD is the included booklet with new Mignola artwork. Heck, for 13 schnaps, at least I'm not out a ton of money AND I get a cool little something extra!

My point was that they're smartly piggy backing on our promotional dollars.

Hence your sly comment about them releasing TASOH on the same day as Sword of Storms.

    Sneaky snakes.

But 2 cool DVDs to get on the same day. I'm in!
