Nope. The 360 controller connects via USB, the original does not.
The only new console that can use the previous version's controllers is the Wii.Pro Wrestling: IT'S STILL REAL TO ME DAMMIT!

Also whoever designed the original console either was an idiot or a giant of a man. I love my Xbox but that original controller was awkward and made gaming a laborious chore.

Well why didn't you get the S Controller? It was much better.

I liked it... But I have big hands so it felt better to me than most previous gaming controllers.
