I approve.
Heartily.
I'm just worried that Chuck will conveniently forget that she's number one at Archery, with even Ollie being amazed at what she could do. It's built around an archery contest, and Connor's having recurring dreams about not being as good at archery as his dad. It'd really be sad if Connor got back his confidence by defeating Shado. She was just a force of nature in Grell's issues. Definitely a good one for Rumbles.
It would be nice if these characters were used properly.
The trouble is using them well in Rumbles. :D Maybe some sort of "human martial artists of DC vs Marvel", but that would probably end up focusing on the better known characters (Batgirl, Ironfist, Nightwing) regardless.
What's with Shado's tattoo?
Yakuza get tattoos. Often very large ones, sometimes nearly full body. Tattoos were illegal during WWII in japan, but a few masters kept the art alive. Shado's tattoo was the final masterpiece of one of those masters. It was basically there because she's a Yakuza. It eventually caused her a problem because a human hunter decided to hunt her down for sport (yes, that tired old cliche'), because unlike most humans her pelt really would be worth hanging up (this actually happens. Well the bit about preserving skins of people with tattoos considered to be works of art).
Someone with more time and patience than me could go through http://community.livejournal.com/sca...g/black+canary for some feats.
Anyway, I went with some easily found stuff off of S.D. and the DC previews website.
Canary whupping every able-bodied male in Lady Shiva's home village, while Shiva's first teacher grimaces and keeps sending in more.

Few more easy ones. Anyone going to look through ScanDaily for stuff?
Anyway, this is Hellhound, one of the prize students of the Armless MAster of Gotham. You may remember Armless as the guy that Shiva killed back in Knightfall so that his students would attack Bruce. He also taught Catwoman. And she's never avenged his death, poor guy.
