Iron Man is what really sold New Avengers for me.
Seriously, he was saving everyone's butt at least once per issue, and was as sleek and shiny as he'd ever been.
Repulsors have never looked so cool, IMO.

I have to vote for Cap, but unfortunately Bendis does an absolutely horrible job writing Cap. His Cap is mischaracterized as a passive fifth wheel, while attention is lavished on Bendis' favorites like Spider-Woman.
So, I'm voting for Cap just because he's Cap, not because he's well-written within this title.

Cap gets my vote because he's a great character. Unfortunately, I don't like the way he's written in NA.

While I've liked pretty much all of them, I enjoyed Luke Cage's induction into the Avengers the most since Brian has done some awesome stuff with him and I can't wait for more to come.

I'm going to join those who say Bendis just doesn't seem to write a good Captain America. Cap is definitely my favorite Avenger of all time, but Bendis just doesn't get him. That's my view anyway. So, for favorite NEW Avenger, I'm going to go with Spider-Woman. Really, she's one half the reason I keep getting the issues.

Spidey is my favorite NA. He makes that team for me. Without him, id have no interest really. Well, i would, just not as much.

Captain America is THE Avenger for my mind. As others have said he is not presented in the New Avengers book as well as he should be, but at least he is there.
As for the NEW New Avengers, I have to say that I like the character of Cage most. He has some depth and there is more to him than a lot of the others. Maybe Bendis just has more in mind for him than the other characters.

I voted for Cap because he is my favorite in the team setting but Spidey is my favorite hero
