Lady Oscar, from the Rose of Versaillles, whose probably responsible for a lot of crossdressers in shojo manga ^_^ Though in her case, it's cause her dad raised her as a boy. Cause he's crazy.

Tsubasa may arguably be cuter, but Konatsu is the more feminine of the two.
