    Exclamation Bad Writing Contest---VOTE!

Okay, okay, I'm FINALLY getting back to this. My most profound apologies to the entrants for me taking forever and five years to set this up (and I won't bore you with the chaos life that was going on...).

Anyway, I was going to set it up as a poll, but instead, let's just do this the easy way:

Read the responses in the Conest thread. Come here and post 1 vote for whichever entry you think was the absolute WORST example of writing you've ever seen. THE SIMPLEST WAY TO DO THIS IS TO POST YOUR VOTE BY THE POST NUMBER (it's the little number in the blue bar, top right, above each post). Since we had some folks with multiple entries, that's the easiest way to do it.

I'll keep the voting open for 1 week before I close the thread and tally the votes... so, may the worst story win! :D

Are you allowed to vote for yourself?

This is a legitimate charity, and everything goes to help the poor children of Haiti who have been ignored by the rest of the world. If you can afford to own a computer, you can afford to help these children. Most of these kids will never have lives as good as you, but you can at least help to make sure they don't die needlessly, that they receive education and that one day THEIR children can have lives as good as yours.

One person CAN make a difference!

Oh, I never noticed this was here. I'll have to go re-read the thread.

The tough part is deciding the difference between funny bad writing and real bad writing.

Superheroguy really comes close, but I have to say Ta2grrl's western pastiche is clearly the top... er, bottom of the pile. My vote goes to Ta2grrl.
