Favorite Negima Schoolgirl

Out of Negi Sprinfield's class 3-A, which female student (they're all female) is your favorite? Why?

I have several favorites that I switch back and forth on but I'll have to go with Evangeline A.K. McDowell. :D

An ages old vampire strong in evil magics that's trapped in a little girl's body due to a restricting spell that waters down her powers, prevents her from using her more powerful techniques, and from leaving the school premises. She is by far the most powerful out of all the magic-users in the series (except for the Thousand Master maybe, Negi's father) and has the goth loli thing going for her. ;)

Her adult form is only an illusion anyway, the little girl body is her true state. And yeah Eva-chan would have to be my favorite 3-A girl as well, though Yue, Setsuna and Chisame are also up there. ^_^

I hate that show.
Usually I'm fine with gratuitous fanservice, but they've saturated it.
And it's a frigging MIDDLE SCHOOL.

Chibi D: Sorry but D denies the existence of there ever been a Negima anime.
(Negima!? on the other-hand is another story .) The manga is in every way superior in his eyes .

Good god, you mean you guys memorised their names?

There are 30 of them (including what looks like a chobit!).

I like Asuna, she looks feisty. :p

But then I´ve only seen one episode....

I base all of my picks on the manga as I haven't seen the first anime series and the new one is ongoin.

It's a hard choide to make and at the moment its a toss up between Nodoka, Yue, and Konoka.

Evangeline, Setsuna and Mana are all great characters as well.

I like what I've seen of Haruna, but she just hasn't had much screen/pagetime yet and is unlikely to reach the same level as the others.

Chisame and Kazumi (Paparazzi girl) are entertaining characters, but not what I look for in my favorites.

Ditto here, I have a real hard memorizing all their names, and I learned the names of the whole freakin' Urusei Yatsura cast!

But anyway... Ayaka for me.

Peh, Kodomo no Jikan and Today in class 5-2 have huge loads of fanservice and mild sexual content in a elementary school. Negima is nothing.

As for characters I like I would say Eva, Nodoka, Yue, and Setsuna.

1: Sayo (Near crush-level.)
2: Evangeline
3. Chachamaru
4: Kaede
5: Ku Fei, back when she talked normally.
6: Setsuna
7: Kazumi
8: Ako (Can't explain why, though.)
9: Chisame
10: Ayaka and Asuna (shared)

Mana. From the very beginning she's stood out to me, not just in terms of appearance, but personality and demeanor as well. It's cool that she has a more pronounced role in the manga again.
