Can't think of any for those, but Superman and Batman bring Trinity to mind, which had some great nicknames.
Ra's A'Ghul was using Bizarro as a weapon, and there were some moments where Biz was narrating in first-person, and he refers to Ra's as "Racer Cool", which is just about the best name ever.

There were also the early Teen Titans nicknames--Flasher, Robin-O, Wonder Chick... I forget what they called Speedy and Aqualad.

Ben Grimm sometimes refers to himself as "the blue-eyed idol of millions."

Ben often called Reed "Stretch" or "Stretcho."

Aqualad was "Gill-Head", and Kid Flash was sometimes "Twinkletoes". Don't recall a special nickname for Speedy.

As for Speedy, that always sounded more like a nickname than a superhero name to me. Still I guess it's a better superhero name than "Robin"

I at least remember a comic bearing that title starring Caps. Garney and Waid might have been the creators on that title.

They were - for the first storyarc at least. Garney left after #3 and Waid stuck around for the rest of the pretty lackluster run.

And that nickname did, I believe, precede that particular series...
