What ever happened to LEGION and Vril aka Brainiac II?
Are he and Lobo still friends?

LEGION was most recently seen briefly during the Rann-Thanagar War miniseries, with Vril Dox in control again. So it's still out there, although what its current lineup is is anyone's guess. Likewise, what Vril's relationship with Lobo is these days is an open question as far as I know.
Wasn't he in the first issue of the Omega Men mini a few weeks ago?
For-Real-True is only true now.

Indeed he was. He almost had more to do than the Omega Men themselves.Originally Posted by Cayman
Dox released Lobo from his contract early in R.E.B.E.L.S. (issue #4 I think?) - Dox got drunk and Lobo was pissing him off so he told him where to go. I was expecting Lobo to go gunning for Garryn Bek's head - but no sign of that having happened.
Captain Comet (now just Comet - bit confusing, isn't Comet the name of a Super-Horse type character from Peter David's Supergirl?) is now appearing in Mystery in Space, but his status with L.E.G.I.O.N. has not been fully explained, neither has his relationship with teammate Marij'n been resolved / mentioned / etc.

Yeah, Vril is a big player in the Omega Men series currently going on. He's quite bad ass

Yeah, Comet was one of the Earth-Angels from David's run on Supergirl, but that doesn't matter to me. What matters is that calling him just Comet is lamer than balls. Who gives a crap if he's young again? He's still Captain Comet.Originally Posted by Gozwald73

I am dying to have L.E.G.I.O.N. return ! That was one of the best series of all time !

I have been reading comics for over 25 years now and this is BY FAR the best series I have ever read (and the most re-read in my collection).
I am a bit worried by this current 'Dox and mindless drones' approach though - the rich and very well developed cast is at the heart of what made the book great!
As far as I know there is no L.E.G.I.O.N. TPB, right? What a shame if so.

Yes, I've been reading and collecting for 31 years now and this honestly has to be the most underrated title I can think of. It's absolutely brilliant ! Yes, the rich, diverse cast was awesome. Hopefully we'll see at least some of them return, including Baby Dox !Originally Posted by Gozwald73
Sadly, no L.E.G.I.O.N. trades, nor will there probably ever be. If ya want this great series, it's readily available, usually in the $ 1 bins. Barry Kitson did some real nice work here, as well as the best writing of Alan Grant's career, IMHO.
