haven't had a chance to pick the issue but I just checked out the bibliography and I hope someone can clear something up for me.

Was it a joke in the bibliography for Speedball when it says he's the one behind the Penance mask in Ellis' new Thunderbolts?

I went online to the Bibliography at the Appendix site. I read that in the last part of Speedball's bibliography.
