Zod will be reintroduced by Johns & Donner as the incarnation everybody knows--a renegade Kryptonian general exiled to the Phantom Zone by Jor-El, whom he swore vengeance upon and all his heirs.

All the other versions of Zod will likely not be mentioned again because only a handful of people actually liked them and even fewer understood exactly who they were supposed to be.

Ultraman is similar. Is this the original that somehow survived the crisis, a straggler from the SM/BM alternate realities, the antimatter universe version, a refolded one from infinite Crisis, or something else?
The current version is an astronaut from Earth granted powers by various forms of Kryptonite after he was experimented upon by aliens.

It is also not clear if the population of Kandor are indeed Kryptonians or just think they are. It's never really been made clear yet to my knowledge.

Do you know if other phantom zome villians will be incuded, or only Zod?

The Ultraman in Kandor as seen in the Supergirl may not be the Ultraman you are referring to. That is why I asked the question.

The Legion's Element Lad (Jan Arrah) is the last of the people of Trom.

Blok, also of the Legion, was the last of his race of Dryad.

The Fatal Five's Mano destroyed his homeworld, Angtu, so he's probably the last of that race.

Superboy-Prime, of course, is the last survivor of Earth-Prime.

I didn't read the Supergirl in Kandor story, so I can't answer that one. However, the Ultraman from the Crime Sydicate of Amerika on Anti-Matter Earth is an Earthman.

I also don't know if they're planning on bringing back anymore Phantom Zone criminals aside from Zod.

I think the Ultraman in Supergirl is an actual Kryptonese, who comes from the Bat/Supe time-travel stories, which also include that Saturn Queen, who's manipulating both Ultraman (who people believe to be Kal-el), and the entire polulace of the bottled city.

Triplicate Girl in legion is the last of her kind but she just learned to cope with that and multiply her self. and Princess Projectra just had her homeworld destryed so she maybe an only survior as well.

as far as kandor is concerned. I thought it was a Kryptonian City that braniac shrunk and superman stuck in a bottle. thats why kryptonian's have now super power there its of their native soil. something like that. i remember a really old comic where superman visited it and had to parachute down to the ground because he couldn't fly.

I wouldn't consider Bizarro Kryptonian. And even he could be said to have Kryptonian genes, he isn't a survivor of that race. He's a man-made creation, either through science or magic depending on the version.

    Kandor's Konvlouted Kontinuity:

After the "Byrne"ing, Kal-el was the lone, sole survivor, so there wasn't a Kandor left; but someone wanted it back, and it was re-introduced; but wouldn't you just know it?!? The city that got scooped up, just happened to be the only ghetto on Krypton, where non-Kryptonese lived, so It's a Kryptonese city, with no Kryptonese - except that now, Post-IC, there are a handful of Kryptonese living there, and treating the "aliens" like scum.

That really sucks. There goes the chance of repopulating your race.

Only if your species depends on gametal sexual reproduction. Somehow I have a hunch that a race of shapeshifters may not be so rigidly bound to this restriction..... I try not to think about it too hard without lubrication ;)
