Although, Michi, I must point out that, given the advance cover dating, Scott was probably actually born under the sign of Inferior Five #11, Forever People #10 (co-starring, of all characters, Deadman!) and...oh, let's throw him a bone, here, Justice League of America #100!
I, meanwhile, was born...err...well...um, maybe there was a significant Marvel comic on the stands in April 1960?
