    Which are your favorite and/or most powerful avenger teams over the years?

    i dont know the exact issues they were together but the team in Avengers Annual 10. Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Wasp, Beast, Wonder Man,Hawkeye and Ms Marvel. Thats the best team ever IMO.

    Mine was Wasp, Captain America, Captain Marvel II, Black Knight, Hercules, and Starfox/Sub-Mariner.

    Hmmm, good question.

    I dont know, i would say it had to have Captain America, Iron Man, Ant-Man and Vision in there.

    2. Korvac Saga lineup. Iron Man, Captain America, Ms Marvel (Carol Danvers), Scarlet Witch, Vision, Thor, Yellowjacket, Wasp, Hercules, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Jocasta, Black Panther, Wonder Man, Moondragon, Quicksilver, plus non-member allies the Guardians of the Galaxy, Two-Gun Kid, and Captain Mar-Vell.

    I agree. The lineup from Annual 10 is definitely my favourite. However, Wasp wasn't on the team at the time. Jocasta was with them as an unofficial member.

    The Englehart Avengers: Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Black Panther, Swordsman, and Mantis. Later, Hawkeye, Beast, Moondragon, and Hellcat.

    The Michelline Edition: Cap, Iron Man, Wasp, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Beast, Falcon, Ms. Marvel, and Wonder Man.

    The WCA Tryout Team: Hawkeye, Mockingbird, Iron Man, Tigra, Wonder Man, Thing, and Firebird. (issues 4-10, IIRC).

    The Busiek/Perez Smash Hit: Cap, IM, Thor, SW, Vizh, Warbird, Hawkeye, (reservists) Firestar, Justice, and Wonder Man.

    New Avengers, circa the Annual: Cap, IM, Cage, Spider-Woman, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Sentry, Ms. Marvel.

    It's funny, rather than list my "favorite," when I think Avengers I immediately think of these characters:

    Captain America
    Thor
    Iron Man
    Scarlet Witch
    Wasp
    Hawkeye
    Wonderman
    Beast
    Jocasta
    Quasar
    Captain Marvel (Monica)

    I'm pretty sure, however, that the last three have NEVER served at the same time together - I just think of them as Avengers off the top of my head.
    Having an Avengers team without Wanda just makes me sad. Very, very sad, because they've made it basically impossible for her to come back to the fold.

    I find in hard to choose between two VERY different teams.

    Captain America
    Iron Man
    Thor
    Hawkeye
    Scarlett Witch
    Vision
    Ms. Marvel
    Wonderman (kinda)
    Justice
    Firestar

    Here you have the main "classic" Avengers, those most closely associated with the name, and two "new" characters. There is a reason that 7 of the 10 made it into CBR's Top 10 Avengers....they ARE the Avengers.

    I also will go against the grain and go with the WTF team of:
    Black Widow
    Captain America
    Vision
    Hercules
    Black Knight
    Sersi
    Crystal

    Though mismatched and a few semi-unpopular characters and storylines, these team really clicked for me and had a lot of personal development.
    Pull list: Uncanny X-Men, X-Men Legacy, X-Men, New Mutants, Uncanny X-Force, Avengers, New Avengers, Secret Avengers and Thunderbolts. Irregular reader of irregularly released Astonishing X-Men.
