looks really good i think. i guess the kid has brown hair now. and thank god he doesn't speak english.
Well, I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed by the art. Kubert's Clark Kent doesn't look the spitting image of his Superman, but with glasses. :)
Go !@#$ yourself.
The hair and the posture. Clark looks like a bafoon. Like he should. :p
Go !@#$ yourself.
The movies prove very well that the same man can look completely different in the two personae, but few artists seem to grasp that idea. Few fans, too.
*Also intended to compliment the art, but it had been said already*
Slayven ftw.
"Looksky! Birdplane!"
Wow. Adam Kubert loves that "Superman Returns" outfit, doesn't he?
I'm looking forward to this run a lot, but, in that third pdf...Superman looks like a Super-Ape. His arms are really, really long. Like, mid-thigh long. This one...
Whatever. Still looks great.
And it's Geoff Johns with Donner, right? Not just Donner?

Yeah it's Johns and Donner. I think Donner's scripting it and Johns is plotting.
Go !@#$ yourself.
I have been so excited about this for so long and these pages are beautiful...I have to agree with everyone that Adam did a good job making Clark and Supes look different...his Clark looks cool (reminds me of the movie version of Clark with the hair)...this is going to be completely nuts! :)
The only thing that impresses me here is the art. Looks like Kubert's been paying attention to All-Star Superman, Clark here looks like Clark there...
The story not so much, looks like we're going the opposite direction from the last Crisis. After that one, admantly no other Kryptonians besides Superman... and now they seem to be coming out of the woodwork.
It looks good. I'm wondering if this kid is DC's latest attempt to get around the "Superboy/Smallville" ruling?

Civilly disobeying the law of gravity.
*Gasp!*It looks good. I'm wondering if this kid is DC's latest attempt to get around the "Superboy/Smallville" ruling?
NO WAY! Ya THINK?
I'm also so glad to see that all anyone has to do, to break into the ranks of star comic book artist, is be born the son of Joe Kubert.
Possibly, but I doubt it. Probably has more to do with the whole 'OMGSUPERSONWTF?!?!' thing from the recent (ultra-cool, uber-badass, BEST) movie (EVARRRRRR*SPITTLE*!!!!).Originally Posted by Ontir
