There is something that really vexes me in the spider-man part of avengers disassembled, when Fury finds out about the bomb and the origin of the queen. I still donīt understand why they had to come up with that crap about some corsicans killing Kennedy on Fidel Castros behalf. In what way was that relevant to the story? Was it just because the writer was some kind of Castro-hater? Iīm confused.....

It's probably related to the Cuban Missile Crisis, in which the United States were against Castro.

Being involved in the Kennedy assassination is lazy writing shorthand to depict how powerful and secretive someone or some situation is.
Jenkins has done it twice to my knowledge...with a different culprit each time.

I wouldn't call it lazy writing. Just making reference to real life events so most people would get the idea how secretive or serious one situation can be. You said that last bit yourself. It's better then just making up a powerful person and saying the was the real reason for this made up guys assasination. Bigger impact that way.
