Yes. And soon. Or at least get the book a better writer.

I voted yes. It seems to me that the whole event was done for PC.

Of all the possible love interest for storm, Marvel had to go all the way back to Africa to find a native to place her with? Yeah right!

As an African American, I took the whole thing as a stereotype wrapped up in "A Power Couple" package.

What about that underlying sexual tension that has been built between Storm and Wolvie for like... Ever?

    What about Forge?...

    Bishop even?...

Yeah, she should divorce the guy and come right back to her senses.

but what would the reason be for having a divorce
even though its contrived, theyre building them up as a perfect match so its hard to see a sudden 160 and they start arguing and get a divorce

it would look more contrived than the wedding was

    so i voted no
    until several more years

and im getting to see storm do things that she wouldnt if she were in the x-men like fighting someone else other than magneto or sinister or apocalyspe

They have this lovechild right? Weather manipulation and enhanced stats?

BAM. Kid gets killed by Sentinel. Ororo can't handle the grief, divorces T'Challa.

Then Iron Man laughs at silly Black Panther for rushing a race based marriage.

No, hell no. That book is damn great and hasnt had an interesting wirter in awhile. I love what is going on with Panther and storm and i hope it lasts for like years and years .Sadly, I bet when Hudlin is done, someone will come along and fuck it all up.

Hehe. You act like Hudlin hasn't done that already.

Yes I would like them to get divorced and the reason is to stop Marvel from embaressing themselves any further.

They can give the official reason as being that Storm and the Panther both wake up one day and realize that they have actually been on a six month drunk, and decide to never, ever, even speak to each other again.

That would be a sudden 180.

Anyways, I say it's too soon to tell. However, given comics, the easiest way for the couple to split would be for one of them to "die" or get temporally misplaced.

Hence why I continue to but the book! Hudlin is the only reason I buy BP, anyone else writes it, and I probably will drop it.

THey are married, let's roll with it. Divorcing right now would be too much like retrocontinuity punching.

Have Nanny pop back up and de-age Storm back into a kid again.

No more marriage cause Ororo thinks T'Challa has cooties. ;)

Actually, after seen Cyclops and Madelyne Pryor, Cyclops and Jean, Henry Pym and Wasp and Vision and Scarlet Witch, i would like to see a marriage that ends in a normal way: one of the parts (or both) realize that it's not in love for the other anymore, and asks for the divorce, they do the legal proceedings, and after they're officially split, they remain friends, but go on to live their lives.

I want Storm back with the X-Men, even if she still appears in BP. I thought the wedding was bs, and sould be retconned as the two of them under mind control or something equally lame. Blame it on Doom. :D Then, let them start over, get to know one another as they are now *gradually* and see where things go. But first- divorce.
