I feel your pain on both accounts man. You know what handled Civil War better? Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 thats what. Civil War is one of those concepts that sounded better on paper but executed pretty poorly. Cyclops when not written like crap is a guy who, while flawed, his heart is usually in the right place when it comes to leading and helping his fellow mutants. Yes he has his share of doubts but he usually rises above them and strives to be a better leader. He's not a poor man's Magneto

Eh, both the game and comic have one giant flaw that is overlooked: The 'Stanford Incident' was not the fault of the New Warriors. It was the fault of Nitro, and everyone just ignores it. And you can't even blame the fact that they weren't informed on the villains they were up against. Because until this event, Nitro was well-known as a villain who Daredevil knocked around for info. His upgrade was entirely unknown until Stanford.

Hell, even if there was registration, it wouldn't have mattered.

I would add Wolverine vs Lobo to this but that was due to lame fan voting, although it's fun to just pretend Wolverine paied Lobo to throw the fight. I'd put in WWH and Rulk punching out Watcher, eventhough at times he deserved a punch to the face.
