    Default Build Your Own Legion

I've stolen the idea, but here's the tweak. You can have no less than 15 members, and you cannot use Garth, Imra, or Rokk in any variation.

Of course we have to give Dawnstar and XS appropriate Girl/Lass names. Maybe Speed Girl for XS. Flash Girl. I dunno

I think Kid Flash is an appropriate name for Jenni... "Kid" is a gender-neutral term, and there's already been one female Legionnaire with "Kid" in her name.

As for Dawnstar, I don't know... Dawnstar Damsel sounds wrong somehow. ;)

Kid Flash works for me. It fits the mold and gives a nice nod to the old Kid Flashs.

As for Dawnstar . . . Wing Girl. Eh. Hunter Lass. Eh. Guess she'll just have to be like Timber Wolf and forget the Lass/Girl stuff.

If you must use the "Girl/Boy" stuff, how about "Hawkgirl?"

Apparently, even Waid is giving up on this passe idea. A bit late, but I guess it's better than nothing.

I've always thought that the smaller the team, but better. Too many members and you just stop caring about most of them, which is a problem I had with the Legion for a while. When the story narrows it down to a focus on just a dozen or so members, it's better. This is gonna' suck without Rokk, though. I love him as a leader. He's such a dick. :p

    1. Mon-El (leader)
    2. Brainiac 5 (deputy)
    3. Shrinking Violet

    I figure in going the Legionnaires route,after a fashion.That is,I'd give all of 'em non-age/gender specific codenames,so :

    Lodestone (Rokk Krinn)
    Mindscan (Imra Ardeen)
    Live Wire (Garth Ranzz)
Triad (Luornu Durgo) (If she ever lost her third body, she'd be renamed Binary)
    Apparition (Tinya Wazzo)
Brainiac 5 (Querl Dox) (I'm considering the code name Brainiax)
    Leviathan (Gim Allon)
    Chameleon (Reep Daggle)
    Inferno (Dirk Morgna)
(Shrinking) Violet (Salu Digby) (Can't think of a better code name)
    Powerhouse (Jo Nah)
    Alchemist (Jan Arrah)
Spark (Lightning powers) or Gossamer (Anti gravity powers) (Ayla Ranzz)
    Consumer (Tenzil Kem)
    Bouncer (Chuck Taine)
    Gravitor (Thom Kallor)
    Oracle (Nura Nal)
    Steelfist (Val Armorr)
    Umbra (Tasmia Mallor)

You CAN'T use Rokk, Imra, or Garth, though.

For Salu, you might consider "Virus," which was briefly her code-name, before Zero Hour.

For Val, how about "Black Hand," which was his father's nom de Guerre.
