Batwoman, yes.
But who is voting for Gravity Kid and Power Boy? They were almost non-entities and to make it worse, Gravity Kid was the only one of the new kids who wasn't allowed to join the Legion.
There's no way they should be higher than Wiccan and Hulkling. In fact, IMO Billy and Teddy should be at least on second place.
Apollo and Midnighter feel like they should be higher too.
And frankly, I would place Shatterstar and Rictor lower. Then again, I wouldn't put them in there at all.
I would also have liked to see Bunker in there. Maybe not high up, but it'd be nice to at least see him there.
