Might have been World's Finest Comics #71. That's the first time they teamed up in that title, at least.

Thanks for the tip. I suposse Superman 76 is really cheap and easy to find:rolleyes:
Paradox: "We're comic geeks. The word "shame" lost its meaning long ago".

Blade: [noticing vampire tattoo] You're human.
    Kounen: Barely. I'm a lawyer.

Patton: Now I want you to remember that no bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country.

Those were two different stories. Man of Steel #3, and Dark knight over Metropolis: Superman #44, Adventures of Superman #467 and Action Comics #654.

Gotta go with Batman here.... Superman is great but I wish he had more vulnerabilities. His powers are too unstoppable and his determination too unflappable.

This was asked on the Batman board sometime back. I'll supply the same answer here that I did there. Historically, they first appeared together in neither Superman #76 or World's Finest #71. It was All-Star Comics #7, October-November, 1941, during a meeting of the Justice Society of America.
