Might have been World's Finest Comics #71. That's the first time they teamed up in that title, at least.

Superman and Batman first met way back in Superman #76, their next meeting was Worlds Finest #71

Gotta go with Batman here.... Superman is great but I wish he had more vulnerabilities. His powers are too unstoppable and his determination too unflappable.

This was asked on the Batman board sometime back. I'll supply the same answer here that I did there. Historically, they first appeared together in neither Superman #76 or World's Finest #71.
