Who Wants to be a Superhero?

I was under the impression that at some point during the season they would unveil the shocking true identity of Dr. Dark. The program info provided to my satellite company also was under that impression. Instead they just beat him up and left him for dead.

I did not see the season finale but from what I read here, Defuser won I take it. Well, he did have the look of a hero more so than any of the rest of the competitors.

So now he gets his own Dark Horse comic? Does he get a way cool awesome bad a$$ movie like FeedBack? Man I hope so! Or even better they can do a team up movie with Defuser & Feedback! That would be great!

he's just some evil guy i guess... maybe they'll pull a brainwashed former hero turns villian and has to be saved next season when they've got a pool of 20 to work from? have their own fake reality-show continuity.

So was I. With the electrical connection, I thought it would be Feedback "testing" the heroes for Stan.

It was interesting at the end, Hyper-Strike looked pissed.

I am hoping Hyperstrike wins. This Defuser has a set back in that his costume and look is a little too similar to Feedback's.

I've been thinking maybe they intentionally went that route? Something like a uniform look for a superhero team down the line? On the whole, I have no complaints about Defuser winning. And he definitely comes off as easier to use, compared to Feedback's video game powers/memory loss thingy.

I noticed they only said "featured in a Sci-Fi movie" this time, or was everyone just assuming before that Feedback would be the focus of the movie? I really don't remember if they said starring in the movie or not before. Wonder if the comic will get delayed for a couple months again too? On that note, were the action figures intended for the characters only? Or where they planning on releasing those to the public?

Maybe. Hyperstrike did look pretty bummed, but when it did come down to those three, I don't think there was a bad choice in the mix.

I'm trying to decide if I'm upset or not that there wasn't a new season this summer. SUCH a silly show and you'll see from my past comments that I had my problems with it, but still, I always ended up watching it. And of course, reality show in a season after a writers strike, it seemed like a no-brainer.... although there had to be some official writers for it.

Did Stan just not want to play this year?
