Pretty much every action scene from 300. Someone earlier mentioned Troy, these scenes were like seeing an entire army of Achilleses...Achillei...Brad Pitts.
The long (apparently) no-cut sequences with the fast-then-slow effects especially stand out.

    Let's see:

Most of Desperado. I love double handgun action...and Desperado had that in such awesome glory.

Angel vs. Spike season 5. Angel Investigation vs. The Beast of the Apocalypse. Angel vs. Hamilton.

    Hard Boiled. Mostly the ending.

    Face/Off. Airport hanger.

Equilibrium. From the lie-detector deadline to the the end of the fight between Preston and Father.

Anakin vs. Sith Female from Clone Wars. That's how you do a damned lightsabre fight. Although, Maul vs. Qui Gon and Obi Wan is still the most awesome live action lightsabre fight I've seen.

Batman vs. Goons in belltower in Tim Burton's Batman.

Robocop vs. warehouse full of goons (Robocop).

John Creasy on revenge tour. Man on Fire.

    Vincent in night club. Collateral.

it is awesome...it has the kinda ass kickings you wish you could dole out on the regular basis...it definitely ranks high on the list...:D

my addition to the list is shane...i've seen this movie at least 50 times and never get tired...it's one of three movies i watched w/ my dad over and over again...the other ones are the vikings which also had some bad ass fights in it too...especially if you count that hawk vs kirk douglas...and the 10 commandments...hell, i'll add that one too, just for the parting of the red sea scene...:)

And you know what's the absolute coolest scene in SHANE? Alan Ladd and Jack Palance taking a drink of water.

it's pretty good...but the one moment that continues to fascinate me is that kid eating that peppermint stick...it's as if all of the tension of what going on in that moment is manifest in that one action...damn, i can stand to watch it right now...

So much Clone Wars talk, but I'll add another.

Mace Windu using the force to dismantle one group of droids, and using the screws, bolts and other pieces as projectiles against another wave of droids.
    that blew my mind.

The scene in Fight Club where Ed Norton proceeds to beat the mess out of himself in his bosses office. Now that had to take quite a bit of choreography.

best gun fight ever(by best I mean funniest) is in Harlem Nights where Arsenio Hall and his gang are firing at eddie murphy...all of Arsenio's goons have tommy guns, except one guy who has a .22 or something, everybody unloads a clip in Murphey's direction, then the guy with the .22 fires off one shot, just one shot.
