    Default elheffe's thread of artwork

I suppose it's high time to do a thread of artwork for myself.
    So without further ado:

Some of you may have already seen this piece on the DC artwork thread.

Same with this one on the Marvel artwork thread.

EDIT: I guess I should point out that the last six posts or so have all be done in Adobe Illustrator.

The Grand Prix one is still my favourite. You really captured the look of those old posters.

Ever thought about doing something along the lines of the old Russian propaganda posters? I think that your style would be a natural fit for that sorta thing.

I work as a graphic designer for the Arizona Historical Society. I do the Society's newsletter, and we were always ending up with not enough content, so one day I drew this strip on Katherine Stinson and threw it in a hole in the newsletter.

To my surprise everyone liked it.

My least favorite newsletter cartoon. The story is interesting enough, but I feel wasn't "on" when I illustrated it. Deadline pressures!

Thanks, man! Yeah, I want to start moving towards Roger Broders work. But I have two pieces in the hopper that I need to finish before I can start in that direction.
