I think this depends of whether or not Ting can get a hold of one of Vincents limbs or not. Damage soak or not, he can't do much with broken arms and legs.

With what Surtur said, about Supes being able to bullet time without any build up in speed, wouldn't that make the fight go into his favour? Giving him an advantage in speed and all?
