Agreed.
It could get annoying and rather clumsy on DCs part.

Thor 2 had to ramp up the action.
Not necessarily city wide carnage like in MOS (that's becoming boring now) but some solid scenes showing Thor's power would be nice. The guy's a god for heavens...
This book is already going to the top of my pull list.
The Avengers wasn't supposed to have too much character development though, the films leading up to it were meant to deal with that and that they did in spades.
The Avengers was basically about...
Interesting....
1. Superman: The Movie (1978)
2. TDK/Avengers
3. Spider-man 2
4. X-Men:First Class
5. TDKR
6. Iron Man 3
7. Man of Steel
8. X-Men 2
9. Iron Man
10. Batman Begins
"There's only one God ma'am and I'm sure he doesn't dress like that".
Captain America, Marvel's The Avengers.
Agreed on First Class but not on TASM.
If there's any movie Marvel need to re-boot on their own is TASM.
It's vastly inferior to Iron Man 1 and 3, Thor and the Avengers.
Well, well, well....James Robinson is already working again.
Good for him.
He's a very decent person.
LOL!!!

This 2014 release date for the MOS sounds like total rubbish.
How on Earth can the movie be produced and released in less than a year?
The OP has a right to discard any title he doesn't enjoy.
However, SSM is as good a title as any out there IMO.
I know Spider-man fans might be upset about the change but the book is better...
This book is very average thus far.
Doesn't seem that Bendis has anything new for these characters.
I think the only thing that's keeping this book selling is Marvel's positioning of it as an...
I'm confused.
Are people seriously arguing that Namor attacking the Avengers and killing civilians in process is somehow right?
In which comic did the Avengers use the Wakandans as human shields?
I've strayed far away from this debate but is there where it's gone too?
In the Donner cut version, Zod and his team didn't die.
:biggrin:lol...
Fraction should be made be made to read this issue over and over again to learn how to write god battles.
I don't think we need a villain month at all.
I'm only interested in a handful of the books solicited for that month.
I will sit out most of my pulls and wait until October for normal service...
Something I didn't understand was that future Thor said he had waited 900 years to apparently use the Odin-force (or Thor force) again (I'm assuming what he hit Gorr that sent him light years away...
This comic was so good that I didn't feel like reading anything else yesterday.
Agreed.
It's like when Newsarama gave Hickman's first Avengers issue a 10 out of 10.
That was so wrong on so many levels..
I don't actually stay away from creators but some of them that don't exactly rub me the right way are:
Rob Liefeld
At Marvel
Daniel Way
Jeph Loeb (although his Nova book is ok)
Say what you want about Venom but I'm surprised the book has lasted this long.
For a character of that level, the book has to be termed a success.
Too bad Nolan couldn't come back but I'm happy that Warners are doing a Man of Steel sequel first.
