Right now I feel they are re-introducing Jean to the new fans with her younger self. There is likely plans for adult Jean as well we just don't know how it will happen. Young Jean needs to grow up...

Jean leading will definitely make her stronger. I hope she evolves into a capable leader because the x-men need one in the future. I hope they reveal her new look in the coming weeks.
