Give me a Wasp book and I'll buy it.
Plastic Man is a great call but would love to see a Kamandi book ;)
Fearless Defenders and Red She Hulk (although I have to admit it's more for Machine Man)
Great story, thanks for sharing!
I didn't read it as it came out but I remember reading my Uncle's Legion collection and being shocked at the death of Ferro Lad...it was handled really well, given the time frame (1960's).
If they do an ongoing, I'm in!
Agreed, 100%.
I don't mind double shipping as long as the quality is maintained.
KAMANDI
(W) & (A): I don't really care, just do it!
Fantastic news. I'm traveling overseas at the moment...now I'll have something to watch as I'm wide awake at 3am trying to get back on west coast time (PST)!
I grew up reading 70's Hawkman (JLoA), was lucky to have an Uncle with a stash of 60's B&B and Hawkman comics. 80's to present Hawkman has not been my fav, but I'll start picking up his current run...
Top five, that's tough....
1. Ultra Boy
2. Ferro Lad
3. Phantom Girl
4. Colossal Boy
5. Sun Boy
Page 2...upcoming
Let's do it!

Marvel Firsts The 1970's : 110 pages...
Daaang.....well this sad news. I haven't seen the latest issue yet...I better get to the mailbox!
I used Comicbase for quite a few years. It's really great if you are into new comics and want pricing info (both are updated automatically with yearly subscription)...has a great database of old...
I think, the total of the 7 copies sold was ~$1000.
Anyway, I just bought an extra copy of FF 168 because my comic database wasn't updated...doh!
Love those "giant" issues!
In no particular order:
Legion of Super Heroes
Avengers
Justice League of America
Fantastic Four
Watchmen
Defenders
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (streching the super hero definition?)...
Lettering: Todd Klein on the X-men.
Coloring: nothing comes to mind....
Kamandi or Star Hunters!
I know it's bit of an old thread but I would like to add the death of Ferro Lad in Adventure Comics 353. I think it was the first "real" death in the Legion and I remember being completely shocked by...
Dropped immediately:
- Legion Lost
- Superman (will pick up again with issue 7)
- Batman & Robin
- Green Arrow (may it shot again with Nocenti on board)
- Nightwing (may read via digital later)...
Just read the first 2 issues and I'm in. Really diggin' the dynamic between Hal and Sinestro....especially with Hal being Sinestro's beyatch!
Yikes, not that hot on the animation...Looks like Toy Story done on a TRS-80.
Here's my list of initial buys...not sure if I'll keep with all but I want to give them a shot:
SUPERMAN FAMILY TITLES
Action Comics or Superman - depends on which one Morrison is on.
BATMAN...
