I've been reading Ollie's adventures since Mike Grell's "Longbow Hunters" came out as a mini series. He's always been, and always will be, an A Lister to me.
It also kept them clear of the Hal Jordan vs Kyle Rayner fan-rants of the time as well.
This is my #1 DC book now. I am SO happy that Green Arrow now has a creative team that cares about the character. Can't WAIT to pick this up!
Excited about Robert Venditti on Green Lantern. He absolutely kills it over at Valiant on X-O Manowar. As for the rest? I'll get all the #21's, and I guess Larfleeze #1, but after that I'm not...
I wish DC would collect that in a trade.
"Green Lantern" should never have become a franchise. I think having four titles dilutes the concept. New Guardians and Red Lanterns should be cancelled, allowing GL & GLC to have stronger stories...
After stopping with #9, I recently picked up Green Arrow #10 - 16 when I heard that Jeff Lemire was taking over starting with #17 (thank you, collector mentality!). Reading them was like swimming in...
Did all these creative teams leave of their own choosing, or were they "Gail Simone'd"?
What the hell happened to the art?!? If Yannick wasn't available, why didn't they get Marco Rudy? This guy Andrew Belanger isn't bad, but quite raw, and definitely not suited to the story, or the...
I loved every second of reading this issue! The only tiny negative thing I have to point out is that I'm not sure Andrea Sorrentino is the best colorist for his own artwork. Not sure if he's trying...
I'm not. Spoilers have never ruined my enjoyment of a good story. That said, I'm not about to spoil anything for anyone else. Ever.
That's been done for story reasons. True, that is how it might turn out. But who says the two characters can't co-exist eventually?
Amazing will be back of course, but don't expect "Superior" to stop just because it's back. Think Hickman's run on Fantastic Four. It stopped, and then FF started, but when Fantastic Four came...
From Bleeding Cool:

Now I know everything on Bleeding Cool should be taken with a grain of salt, but more...
It's a moot point, because Peter will be back by the time Dan is done. We don't know this for certain atm, of course, but dollars to donuts, this'll be how it turns out.
Here here.
Spider-Man, like many characters that have been being published for 50 years or more, has been portrayed by many different artists, with many different styles. Some have been super...
If I were Marvel's EIC, I wouldn't be focusing on what past Spidey stories I could retcon. I'd be focused on putting the best talent in the business on the current books, in order to tell the best...
Having read #699 (it's Wednesday evening here in Australia), I can safely say that no one should really feel angered by this issue. If anything, they should feel hope. But knowing Slott, it'll turn...
Technically, it doesn't come out on Boxing Day. Amazing #700 and Avenging #15.1 both ship to comic stores the week before on 19th Dec, with the understanding that shop owners do not make those books...
It'll still be Doc Ock in Peter's body. You won't see a resolution to what happened in #698 by the end of #700. What you will see is how it happened, why it happened, and what Otto plans on doing...
Hi Steve, Just wanted to say just how much I enjoy the titles under your "umbrella" at Marvel. They are some of the most consistently excellent books available, not only from Marvel, but from...
Alan, Alan, Alan! No mention of Denny O'Neil & Neal Adams' Green Lantern/Green Arrow stories? That's just criminal!
The reason why "Superior Spider-Man" is a status quo rather then a storyline will become clearer in #699 & #700. Doc Ock is about to get a little taste of "With Great Power, comes Great...
699.1 is not being collected in the "Dying Wish" hardcover that collects 698, 699 & 700. Therefore, I would imagine it is skippable. I would assume it will be included in the first "Morbius" trade,...
