Precisely what I came in here to say. Steve was pretty much given leadership on the strength of his past work, Jan worked her way up inside the team.

That's a fantastic line-up, I think I'd prefer it without Cap, but that's really only because I think he'd take attention away from the relationship politics.

I'm sure Hellcow makes enough from land deals to hire him on.
