Exactly, I had to stop, listening to it because it was TOO favorable.
I love iFanboy, but they tend to be a little anti DC and way too much X-men talk. But then again, they are so funny.

[QUOTE=Rafa-Rivas-2099;16981011]It doesn't matter, it's false advertisement. Superman it's still mostly what you'd expect, but for some reason, they deided it's ok to make an elseworld out of...
The only vampires left, actually.
Shame sales sucked for this book, it was great. Glad DC gave it such a long run though.

This is the exact same as the rest of Earth 2. It's exactly like what classic DC is about, legacy heroes. It's a non-Wayne Batman, which for the most part, will be a totally new and fresh take...
Of course you can't read every comic that comes out, and some books will not get bought based on premise, character, cover art... Whatever it may be.
But the difference is you started a whole...
The Bat universe exists within his network on a different earth. This is a legacy character on earth 2 that critics have complained should be about the legacies, not these young, new heroes. Guy...
It's also hard to judge something before you read it, no?
Which outside of MY opinion on comics, I think is a good thing.
;)
I dunno, the original is such a joke. But this? Between the writer, artist and revised concept, I am looking forward to it, looks like fun!
That's fair, if you don't like it, you don't like it. But clearly you are in the minority, it's a high quality story and the art is beautiful. Although Johns wrote a great pre-new 52 Marvel, the...
Amazing what happens when you let a writer develop a character over the course of a story, as opposed to snap judgement message board outrage.
Overall, real good. Green Lantern is great, and I like GLCorp a lot. New Guardians has gotten better, so has Red Lantern with the latter 2 finding better focus as time went on. I am excited for the...
God, the overreaction of a RUMORED title with nothing more than a characters name is a prime example of the worst of this forum. So many complaints about DC dropping their legacy heroes, forgetting...
You mean outside of headlining Batwoman?
If you are talking about a week or two in the same month, I could care less about it. In fact, moving from say week 4 in April to week 1 or 2 in may is the same thing to me.
Way to go people for not buying it. Ever. DC can't force people to buy a book, and they gave it 19 issues, so I don't see how you can blame them for dropping this book finally.
I just read both issues back to back, this is a great title. I loved issue 2 as well and the reinvention of Mr. E. Zatarra as part of that group is interesting, I can't wait for issues 3. Plus the...
While I agree that they run overly negative reports on SC, like Topless Robot, they are often spot on with reports. In fact, they called the New 52 months before anybody else.
Yes, it's good to great depending on the arc, and the Shazam story is fantastic.
Oh geez, no thanks, this was trash. May as well offer up that Stan Lee DC trash.
Love the original Watchmen, and most of these series are good. Silk Spectre and Minutemen are great, All others but Comedian are good.
If Alan Moore planned on expanding the stories himself...
It's staying even, roughly 30 books or so. I've lost titles like Frankenstein and OMAC to cancellation, but I've enjoyed the new titles they have launched in new waves, including this recent wave. I...
I really liked this book. I'm not that much a fan of Finch, but the art was good in this book. I really like the Green Arrow scenes and Manhunter scenes.
4/5 stars.
The same way people accepted 50+ years of comic continuity having taken place in a 10 year span.
