Not a chance, especially Bale back as Batman. At the very best, Nolan might have some sort of small role in making a JL movie, but I doubt it.

There has been loads of time to add in an extra scene and there is still is time. Hell do you remember how late they left the second Avengers post-credits scene?

This. After the Avengers things have changed. Initially Nolan and Snyder were adament this was going to be its own thing. When asked if MOS will fit it with JL, Snyder said this way back in March...

He's done a great job of making GL a huge franchise in its own right. But after Blackest Night, things were starting to get worse.

With these script problems I can see the movie release date being pushed back to 2016. Still plenty of time for rewrites or new scripts. It all depends on how MoS performs. We won't get much JL news...
