They really only need to show him a few times. He's basically just the Scotty of Knowhere anyway. Have his voice used more than his body.

I only bought all the variants for new 52 Green Lantern #1. That's it. Will never do that again...probably. I got them signed by him at comic con as well.

In Brightest Day it shows mystical wrappings used to transform Krona into the size of the other guardians. So pretty sure it's something to do with that.
