I don't think the CBR reviewer knows what subversive means. But I'm sure he reads tvtropes though.

Maybe if Bob and editorial didn't embroil themselves in so many controversies. But I guess it's easier to blame the fans than to self-examine and to look at ones own behavior.
You can thank Stu Snyder and the good people of Boston for that. What kind of paranoid loons think blinking lights equals IEDs.
Or he just realized that he is on the Titanic and that he needs to get on a lifeboat. That is not very inconceivable too with a company like DC.
Given the current work environment there, the first option is highly unlikely.
Untrue. Rucka spent two years on that character. He and JH Williams were working on Batwoman since after 52 when Pete Tomasi was still editor on the Batbooks. Batwoman was only published later after...
How is any of this bad again?
I disagree entirely. I really hated what he did was the Riddler. Paul Dini had a great idea for the character and Daniel just messed it up.
No he is doing ultimates for Marvel.
But you said yourself you didn't think BC was 100% accurate. Are you changing your tune?
I have made a list of possible departures.
1) Justin Jordan
2) Michael Alan Nelson
3) Scott Lobdell
4) Robert Venditti
5) Ray Fawkes
They did fire slash purge most of the previous editorial department. These guys are what is left.
Don't forget Tony Daniel, Anne Nocenti, Scott Lobdell and Gail Simone. They are important too!
I don't see it. They are mostly tie-ins so far like most of the recent batbooks. Even then he has gotten to do stuff he wanted with the new Emperor Penguin character.
If they do, you should bring back Wally West.
Why do you think it's Layman? The batbooks creative teams have been stable barring the thing with Simone.
It's always good to know that bad news comes in threes.
My guess Justin Jordan is off New Guardians and Superboy .
No he has proclaimed himself to be a big fan of Green Lantern that he has boxes and boxes of GL comics stored away.
That doesn't say anything about this suitability for the job. Dan Didio has...
This constantly changing and reworking plans is naturally how he works. It's what happened in Infinite Crisis, 52, JLA and Final Crisis.
You think the actual editors want to cancel plans every...
Mark Waid isn't a manager. I actually think they should poach John Barber from IDW.
Might want to start at the publisher and work the way down.
It's more like what they haven't been doing. Pete Tomasi and Steph Wacker were the last great editors at DC. Mike Marts though is decent by simply not changing plans whenever his shoelaces are...
This is true corporate synergy. Have the bloodbath happen on the same week.
Why are you still surprised? The schizophrenic OCD-decision making of the Didio regime has been a hallmark of the Nu52.
I don't think DC has considered their next move yet after the first storyline.
