Picked up Earth One and ordered the Black Glove, pretty excited.
I LOVE hardcovers, but I certainly have nothing against TPBs. Although, I only buy them for series I need to catch up on, or am maybe skeptical of getting into long-term.

Why do I feel like this thread misses the whole point of Watchmen?
I'd say read it first, but as others have said, if you're that strapped for time, just go and enjoy the movie. It's definitely worth watching.
But in my opinion, the book is much better.
How does one become a "celebrated" Watchmen fan?
