No, I've already purchased X-Statix for under $40, Dark Avengers, Evolutionary War, X-Men V1, Byrne FF DM Variant, and a bunch of others for dirt cheap and all are factory sealed with no marks.

Keep an eye out on Ebay, a seller is periodically posting listings for the Dark Avengers OHC for $20. I picked up one but he may post another soon.
