Eventually all of the earlier material will be included. It's supposed to become a complete collection of strips after all. But IDW seems to begin with the later material that hasn't been reprinted...
Sort of, eg. the english version that was published 18 months ago now gets its american release. But that's a good thing for everyone with a shorter reach.
