Not a bad time to give it a try. ;)
It's a lot of fun. There's a lot of youth at the anime shows so a lot of energy and excitement.

Not to be a pessimist but I don't seeing them having any sort of 'Adult' drama any time soon. Normally, I'm a fan of catty banter but this is just blah.
If anyone is going to Anime Boston this weekend, be sure to look me up in Artist's Alley. :D
It is cool to see Rogue pro-active! But, I can't see the outcome of this. I mean, what story is told (and Gage isn't writing) if Rogue beats up Scarlet Witch? She's been the wicked step-sister for 8...
Can I get an 'amen' on this Amanda Conner love? XD

Yeah, I can be a fan of both ladies and still hope for a very cool story. One characters's success isn't tied to another's failure.
W00t! the Brood! God, I hope Carol stomps a mudhole in them and walks it dry.
I think you're right about the Emma Frost mandate, but I don't think it's all gloom and doom. Of the four (Storm, Rogue, Jean Grey, Psylocke) Rogue got probably the best run of it with her long...
That is awesome. AH does some great work. Thanks for sharing!
How else can he tell if there's any dust on the hutch?
Can I quote Brian Reed who wrote the second series of Ms. Marvel:
Brian Reed @BrianReed 14 May
How to write women. Ask "What will make this person happy. How will they attempt to achieve that?"...
The film felt like Tony Stark wanting to be Iron Man, much like in the first Thor movie, Thor lost his powers and spent the rest of the movie trying to regain the hammer and be, y'know, Thor.

Dude, Dodson and Rouge-ness? How awesome is that? Answer: totally.
YEAH!!! *points and laughs from behind Jen* Silly.
Yes it would...and Ms. Marvel's black costume. XD
That's how it read to me. I think it's natural to want friends to share in something you do. And for the Avengers haters, I think this shows that she doesn't hate them as much as you'd like her to. ;)
Obviously, the situation is kind of unique between Carol and Rogue. Jen, a notorious and awesome Rogue fan :) said it brilliantly: And I think it goes to the incredible strength of character in Carol...
I liked the cosmic adventureness of Binary, but I didn't like her in space. Too foreign for my tastes and she wasn't really on my radar when I was getting comics so this was in hindsight. Also, in...
Honestly, probably around issue #3 of the second series.
I'm of the crazy notion that I can love both ladies. In the 90's, I was all about Rogue, her powers and her great bomber jacket. With the 2nd series of Ms. Marvel (and the New Avengers) I was all...
I had actually brought this up before...if she gets too powerful, where's the struggle? Why would we care? Why have any superheroes, just send her out?
Gage's run wasn't all bad, but the...
Actually, that's not true at all. Wanda wasn't responsible one bit for Xavier's death and Rogue doesn't blame her for it. Rogue has stated her reasons at the end of UA #1 and...3? When she was in the...
Right! Except when it wasn't...after dementoring Carol and having a permanent power set despite her power borrowing abilities. So, if we want her to permanently have flight and tank abilities, how...
I don't know if that would work. She implied she and him boned because what? she *couldn't* absorb him? Or all of him? (groan, insert bad joke) Then again, she absorbed Simon so maybe Sentry's fair...
Sweet deal, dude. I'd done it in a heartbeat.
Essential Ms. Marvel is SO good! The art is beautiful in black and white, not to mention the stories are pretty killer and the 70's era...the 'You're...
