Have to agree with everyone here; I really enjoyed this issue and I think it's only going to get better.

I was lucky enough to find the year of monsters cover in my local comic shop and I have to say, I loved this. Love that Mike is back to full form. Love how dark it was and loved the Christmas Carols...

Hi, Its been a while. I'm looking forward to this, I really enjoyed the burning hand and the cover to the first issue looks really good.

well, James Harren can make a bloody fight to the death look crazy .
It was physically hard watching two of my favourite characters rip each other apart, but it was amazing.
loved the series.

Great issue, would love to see more for Carla in the future.

Loved the issue, and the Black flame.
He's so mysterious, making him one of the greatest villains I've ever seen in comics and the art is really helping.

I love the style of it.

This is going to be amazing, I feel it.

I hope we never see hellbabies, I'd rather Liz loses them (as much as I love Selma Blair/Liz Sherman, sorry) and if we have no choice, I'd rather they looked completely normal and not Hellboy like...

I agree, I was expecting Kate on the cover. although it's a great cover, I would of liked Kate on there.
