I thought Merlyn was always Green Arrow's arch-nemesis and an archer as well. Why are they treating the idea of Komodo like some revolutionary concept?
For this idea to work at all, to prevent brand dilution, they'd have to make key characters only "available" in one universe; one title. You shouldn't really have 2 different titles called...
Here's what I see for ongoing main DCU titles with a cover date of October 2011 (one month before the cover date for New 52):
Action Comics #904
Adventure Comics #529
One of my absolute favorite sites for DC publication history is dcindexes.com. I don't believe there is a real definitive "list", but you can look at every comic published on any given month.
The first "superheroes". The capes and insignias. The first universe and team (Justice Society).
Marvel's pre-Silver Age doesn't really feel like it existed to me. There seems to be a more...
Waiting for Samantha and Mona to show up.
Then we'll finally see who the boss is.

Glad to see that Solovar isn't dead. Grodd is going to be a beast when he finds his way out of the Speed Force.
Probably bad form to ask so soon after wrapping up, but how soon untill we see more...
So is Tamara's daughter basically missing? I don't have the issue on hand to double check but if she is, it seems like she's going to be important somehow.
Over in New Avengers when Black Swan...
I'm not sure if Stefano Caselli and his mastery of facial expressions and gestures was the reason I enjoyed the last 3 issues so much or if I just find Hawkeye and Spider-Woman super freaking...
I'm perfectly fine with movie continuity being used/adherred to.
The movies come out at a slower pace, lessening the frequency of all the "everything you know is wrong and nothing will ever be the...
Need some cheese to go with all the whine in this thread.
And we are spared some creepy smiling babies thanks to Eaglesham.
Bendis didn't come into the X-Men franchise with a sledgehammer like he did the Avengers.
I think that's an important distinction.
I want to ask a bit of an artsy-fartsy question.
Without naming the characters or talking about plot specific details, what would you say this book is about?
Sisterhood? Friendship? ...
